一部有关地球和人类的教科片，涵盖地理、历史、自然科学、建筑等知识。导演是著名的法国摄影师，从事空中摄影30多年。这也是历史上首部全部航拍的电影。历经3年的准备，54个国家，累计217天的拍摄，488小时的电影胶片。今年6月5日世界环境日在50多个国家同时上映。

 

画面非常美，每一秒钟的画面定格下来都足以登上National Geographic杂志的封面。

 

纪录片讲述的是四十多亿年演化而来的美丽的地球，被人类的‘进步’，在过去的50年里破坏了基本的平衡。

不过这部两个小时的纪录片，画面缓慢、略显单调，缺乏感人之处，远不及当年第一次看《迁徙的鸟》。把它列入环境保护教育片还是可以的。
